NOTES

Prior to the experiment the skin was exposed to the receptor fluid for 18h to ensure that it was fully hydrated. Skin was occluded with parafilm during the experiment to prevent evaporation. Human Cadaver skin was used from white women. 2.04cm2 was the median exposure area. Lag time was determined by extrapolation and is rough.
