NOTES

Female weanling yorkshire pigs were used. The hair on the dorsal area of the pigs was clipped 48h before harvest. At the end of the experiment the skin was washed with soapy water and the stratum corneum was tape stripped 6 times. Results were given as +/- SE of 4-7 cells so I was unable to convert them to SD for the database.
