NOTES

The cell was occluded with parafilm.Male Wistar Rats were used. Results were given +/- SEM. I have converted these to SD for the purpose of this database. Carbon filters were used to trap evaporated material. The material trapped in the filters was extracted and led to total recoveries of greater that 95%
