NOTES

5 day old. Male hairless mice of SKH-hr-1 strain were used. The concentration of Hydrocortisone added was less than 1E-5M. There was a biphasic absorption with Kp increasing to 2.4E-4 cm/h they calculated the lag time for this phase to be 17.8h.
