NOTES

35 day old. Male hairless mice of SKH-hr-1 strain were used. The concentration of Hydrocortisone added was less than 1E-5M. There was a biphasic absorption with Kp increasing to 2.1E-3cm/h. They calculated the lag time for this phase to be 25.9.
