NOTES

5 minutes was allowed for solvent to evaporate and then the top of the cell was occluded with parafilm. 2 different donors were used. The concentration of Chlorpyrifos added was given as 52 150 nmoles/ml. Propetamphos was used as an internal standard during the analysis.
