NOTES

Male HRS/J hairless mice were used. The skin was fresh and placed into the chamber within an hour of excision. The % absorption was calculated by adding together the amounts recovered in the receptor fluid, the skin support and the lower chamber of the flow-through cell. A flow rate of 2.5ml/h was used.
