NOTES

Female Sprague-Dawley Rats were used. The concentration was given as ABOUT 0.2mg/ml, however this figure does not fit in with the other figures given. So I have changed it to 0.17 as this was the only figure given as an approximate. % Absorption is calculated from the amount recovered in the receptor fluid.
