NOTES

Osborne Mendel Rats 3-6 months old were used. The concentration was betweeen 1 and 6 microg/cm2. The skin surface was washed a 24 with a 0.5% solution of a common dishwashing detergent. The amount recovered in the skin was from the SC, epidermis and dermis including the skin that was surrounding the exposed area. 55.4% was recovered at the surface wash at 24h. Results were given as +/- SEM. I have converted these to SD for this database.
