NOTES

C3H Mice were used.The backs of the mice were shaved with electric clippers 24h prior to experimentation and only those mice in the resting phase of their hair cycles were used. Results were given +/- SEM. I have converted these to SD for the purpose of this database. The % absorbed included the amount recovered in the receptor fluid, filter support and the residual activity in the individual wells.
