NOTES

Female 6 month old hairless guinea pigs were used. Skin was washed at 24h. % Absorption was given +/- SE. I have converted this to SD for this database. Potential Absorption was calculated by adding the percentage found in the receptor fluid to the percentage found in the skin after 48 hours. Some details were extracted from J.Pharm.Sci (1984) 74:64-67. Reference No:44 in this database.
