NOTES

The cell had a ground glass lid that was refitted after the compound had been added. Cadaver skin was used. 0.5 microcuries of the radiolabelled compound was added. They also measured the distribution between the epidermis and dermis. Though they included the amount left on the surface in the epidermis column. I calculated the mean and SD from the raw penetration data
