NOTES

Human Cadaver skin was used. The donor compartment was could hold 30ml but volumes were anything from 9ml upwards. As there is an infinite dose, evaporation does not play a part, it is therefore as though the cell were occluded. Each membrane may have been used for several experiments. Kp was given as 1.37E-4 cm/min
