NOTES

The skin came from 4 different people. The % Absorption was given as 3.5 +/- 0.3 S.E.M I have converted this to SD. The loading was given as 68nmol/cm2. Elsewhere in the paper the loading was stated as 4.6microg/cm2 but I think that this must have been a miscalculation. As 0.015microg is the equivalent of 1.7microCi if the specific activity is 25microCi/micromol
