NOTES

Female Hairless Mice were used. Skin integrity was tested with tritiated water. 20pmols of TDCPP were added in total. % penetrated was calculated by adding together the amount found in the receptor fluid to the amount absorbed in the skin. The amount actually abosrbed is 4E-6 mg.
