NOTES

Cadaver Skin was used. Epidermal sheets were prepared by immersing the skin in water at 60oC for 30 s. Cells were tightly capped at all times to prevent evaporation. Saturated donor solutions of benzene were used. Concentration was given as 2microlitres/ml. Density of Benzene is 876.5mg/ml
