NOTES

Hairless Mice were used. The half cell was filled with 1.4ml Saline then 0.2ml was removed and then 0.1ml of a stock solution of radioactive Ethanol (1E-04 M or less) and 0.1ml of radioactive Water were added Skin was used for more than one run, though they were checked to make sure that there was no residual activity between runs
