NOTES

Male Wistar Rats 28-35 days old were used.450nmol of dodecyl monoethoxylate was added in total. Results were given as +/- SEM. I have changed this to SD for this database. % Penetrated was calculated by adding the amount found in the receptor fluid to the amount found in the epidermis, dermis and stratum corneum.
