NOTES

Male Wistar Rats 28-35 days old were used 450nmol of Dodecyl monoethoxylate was added in total. Results were given as +/- SEM. I have changed this to SD for this database. % Penetrated was calculated by adding the amount found in the receptor fluid to the amount found in the epidermis, dermis and stratum corneum. The low recovery in the receptor fluid may be due to the Dodecyl monoethoxylate sticking to the receptor fluid pump tubing.
