NOTES

The vehicle was The vehicle was a spray dilution (1:11 v/v concentrate in water) of a commercial product that contained 65% w/v pentachlorophenyl laurate, 93% w/v White Spirit and 16% w/v mixture of surfactants. The skin was swabbed after 6h but measurements were made up until 24h. The % Absorption was given as +/- SEM. I have converted this to SD for this database. % Penetrated was calculated by adding the amount found in the receptor fluid to the amount found in the skin and stratum corneum.
