NOTES

The gel was made by making a 1% solution of Carbopol in ethylene glycol. Caffeine was then added to the solution and a gel was formed by adding 0.01ml of triethanol amine. 16mg of Ethylene Glycol Gel was added in total. (25mg/cm2). The results were given +/- SEM. I have changed this to SD for this database. The skin came from at least 2 donors. Cadaver skin was used.
