NOTES

The Gel was made using a 1.5% solution of Carbopol. To form the gel the solution was neutralised with 10% NaOH. 256mg of Water gel was added in total. (400mg/cm2). The results were given +/- SEM. I have changed this to SD for this database. The skin came from at least 2 donors. Cadaver skin was used.
