NOTES

This was an isolated perfused porcine skin flap model. For More Experimental Detail get Am J Vet Res 1991 Apr;52(4):75-82. % Penetrated was calculated by adding the amounts found in the perfusate to the amounts found in the skin and stratum corneum. 2 different dosing amounts were given in error in the paper, I have taken this to be the correct one, but another value of 8.7 micrograms per cm2 was given in the materials and methods
