NOTES

The integrity of the skin was tested with [3H]labelled water. The Potentially absorbed dose was calculated from the applied dose minus the dose left on the surface at the end of the experiment this was 16.9 mcrg/cm2. The % Absorption after 4 hours was 1.73+/-0.47. The permeability coefficient was calculated by dividing the steady state flux by the concentration applied.
