NOTES

The Log Kp was given in the paper as -1.58 which gives a Kp of 2.62E-2. I think that this is an arithmetic error so I have changed it for the database. The cells were closed with a cap to prevent evaporation. The solution was adjusted to pH 2.5. The skin was taken from 3 caucasian female donors, 3 samples of skin were used from each donor. Lag time was in the range of 1-2 hours.
