NOTES

210 day old Male hairless SKH h-1 strain mice were used. Stock solutions were created by diluting in saline. 10-4M or less of labelled compound containing around 100 mcrCi/ml was used. These were dual labelling experiments so the penetration of the ethanol was also measured at the same time. Skin sections were equilibrated with saline for around 12 hours before the start of the experiment.
