NOTES

The donor cell was occluded with a glass stopper to retard evaporation, but total recovery levels were still low. 3 skin samples came from each of 3 pigs. Results were given as penetration of unchanged DFP and penetration of Diisopropyl fluorophosphate. I have combined these together to give the overall penetration.
