NOTES

With infinite dosed experiments, evaporation is not a factor so it is as though the cell was occluded. They used a STeCC donor cell to apply the chemical, this had a total volume of 6ml and kept the donor concentration constant. Dermatomed (0.5mm) Human skin from an adominoplasty was used and left for 5 weeks after grafting. Rats were anaethetised during the experiment. Results were given +/- SE. I have converted these to SD for the database.
