NOTES

The monkeys were anaethetised with 1mg/kg phencyclidine hydrochloride. A catheter was placed in the bladder. The dose was pipetted into the vagina and a latex plug with gauze padding was inserted this was removed after 24h and the area was washed. The results were given as +/- SEM I have converted these to SD
