NOTES

OP's were extracted from plasma using hexane containing ethion as the internal standard. 2 Pigs were used and 2 experiments on each pig. Dose was given as 50mg/kg and the Pigs weighed an average of 35kg. They gave the % Absorption (Bioavailability) as 14.5-29 I have entered the median of this into the database. AUC (microm.g.h/l) was given as 2007-3307 Cmax (peak blood concentration ) was given as 222-608 micrg/l. Again I have entered the median of this into the database
