NOTES

OP's were extracted from plasma using hexane containing ethion as the internal standard. 2 Pigs were used and 2 experiments on each pig. Dose was given as 50mg/kg and the Pigs weighed 28.5kg. They gave the % Absorption (Bioavailability) as 3.9-5.4. I have entered the median of this into the database. AUC (microm.g.h/l) was given as 596-599 Cmax (peak blood concentration ) was given as 9.8-10.7 microg/lTmax was given as 6-15h. Again I have entered the median of this into the database
