NOTES

OP's were extracted from plasma using hexane containing ethion as the internal standard. 2 Pigs were used and 2 experiments on each pig. Dose was given as 100mg/kg and the Pigs weighed an average of 25kg. They gave the % Absorption (Bioavailability) as 1.2-1.5. I have entered the median of this into the database. AUC (microm.g.h/l) was given as 885-1178 Cmax (peak blood concentration ) was given as 16.6-29.4 microg/l Tmax was given as 8-15h Again I have entered the median of this into the database
