The application site was occluded with a gauze dressing. More detail can be obtained from Mayo B, (1996) Study No: RIF 30/943257 (Research Institute for Fragrance Amterials Inc., USA. Skin absorption was assessed indirectly by combining the radioactivity recovers in the urine and faeces.
