NOTES

the volunteers were males 23-24 years old. The kinetic behaviour of the propoxur was first assessed by an iv study. The percutaneous experiment was conducted 7 days after the iv experiment. % Absorption was calculated by dividing the amount excreted in the urine after the topical dose by the amount excreted in the urine after an iv dose.
