NOTES

The application site was occluded with a Tensoplast elastic adhesive bandage. Male Wistar Rats were used. % absorption was calculated by adding together the amounts excreted in the urine and the faeces. The maximal flux was calculated using blood kinetics of intravenously dosed rats.
