NOTES

Hairless Female Guinea Pigs were used. The acetone vehicle was evaporated from the skin using an electric fan. The dose site was protected from surface rub-off by a foam rubber non-occlusive patch. % Absorption has been calculated from the amount found in the Urine + faeces + tissue.
