NOTES

Athymic, Hairless Mice were used. Radioactivity was measured until the amount present in the urine was equal to background levels. The % Absorption was derived by adding the % of the topically applied radioactive dose in urine, faeces & carcass - application site. Radioactive dose 0.05microCi.
