NOTES

7 week old Alderly Park Witar derived rats were used. The % Absoprtion was calculated from the amount excreted in the urine. They did also do an iv dose but there is no evidence to suggest that the % absorption given for absorption through skin had been corrected for incomplete excretion by comparison to this dose. They did not mention how many rats were used in this study or the application site.
