NOTES

Female rhesus monkeys were used. They do not mention how the occlusion was achieved. The application site was lightly clipped prior to application. The monkeys were restrained in metabolic chairs.The amount absorbed was calculated by finding the amount excreted in the urine and correcting for incomplete excretion by comparison with a parenteral dose administered in separate studies. Results were given +/- SEM. I have converted this to SD for this database.
