NOTES

Caucasian males were used. The application area was delimited by an open cell fixed with sillicon glue. After 30min the application site was washed twice with 95% aq. Ethanol followed by 2 rinsings with water and light drying with cotton wool. % Absorption was taken as the amount recovered in the urine.
