NOTES

Female Sprague Dawley Rats were used. The application sites were not occluded but a self-adhesive foam pad, supported by a teflon ring was secured around each site. 2sites each of 2.54cm2 were used. The % absorbed was calculated as the amount applied minus the amount recovered on the surface and in the skin.
