NOTES

Male sprague-dawley rats were used. Hairless guinea pigs were used. The dose site was protected from surface rub off by a foam rubber non-occlusive patch and washed at 24 hours with radiac soap solution. The amount left in the skin was measured by LSC analysis of digests of skin taken at autopsy 14 days after exposure.
