NOTES

A circular ring was glued to the back of the rats to mark the application area. Fter application the site was covered with a perforated circular plastic cup to allow aeration. Results were given +/- SEM. I have converted this to SD for the purpose of this database. The % absoprtion is calculated from the % in the urine + carcass + collected blood + washing cage. They got a plasma concentration of 0.21 %/g
