NOTES

Male Sprague-Dawley Rats were used. Non-occlusive foam rubber frames covered on top with gauze were used to protect the dose area. After 24 hours the patches were removed the dose areas were washed with radiac soap. Results were corrected for incomplete excretion by comparison with a parentally administered dose. I have worked backwards to find the amount actually excreted in the urine.
