Paying Tuition Fees by Direct Debit

Please read the following carefully.

1. General Information

Any student who is required to pay full tuition fees or who is receiving partial support towards fees should complete an online Direct Debit mandate. Should you require a paper mandate then please download the form here or alternatively write to or e-mail the Tuition Fees Team. Please ensure your mandate is completed and returned to the Tuition Fees team as soon as possible.

2. Payment Dates

An Advance Payment Notice (for Direct Debit) will be sent to you detailing the instalment dates. For further information relating to instalment dates please visit here

3. Liabilities And Fines

If payment is made from an account other than your own (e.g parents account), It is your responsibility to pass on payment details to the third party. There will be a £25 penalty charge for any of the following occurances:

  • a. Change of bank details - if the University is not notified at the above address at least 21 days prior to collection.
  • b. Rejection by bank of Direct Debit instructions.
  • c. Non-payment of instalment.
